Since 1994, when we began operations as Integrated Service Company (InServ), the loyalty and commitment of our employees has grown into the Company that we are today – Willbros Downstream. We continue to build on that rich heritage as we focus on safety, schedule, quality, and performance-driven delivery, at competitive prices.   Willbros Group, Inc (www.willbros.com) acquired InServ in 2007 to diversify its services across the hydrocarbon value chain. Willbros also acquired Wink Engineering in 2008 to enhance its downstream operations by adding engineering capabilities to provide fully integrated service delivery, including engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), and program management. The acquisition significantly expanded the financial resources and addressable geographic market for InServ, and provided Willbros, who already had significant presence in the upstream and midstream segments, opportunities to expand into recurring operations, maintenance and capital projects in the downstream markets.
